Toh Poh Suan

Senior Partner
Poh Suan is a pioneer at S. S. Ang & Co, a well-established audit firm in Singapore, and currently a senior partner with ALL Assurance. A Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Practitioners, Poh Suan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the National University of Singapore.
Since beginning her career in public accounting in 1989, Poh Suan has accrued extensive experience across a range of industries, including retail, construction, engineering, healthcare, property development, and more. Renowned for her exceptional project management skills, high-quality service delivery, and pragmatic insights, she excels at building strong relationships with management teams and boards. Her in-depth understanding of systems, processes, and control frameworks enables her to effectively audit financial reports and conduct controls reporting, making her a valued leader in her field.

Ernest Loh

Partner
Ernest, a partner in ALL Assurance, is a seasoned audit professional with a rich background in auditing across various sectors. His career began at BDO LLP, where he engaged in audits of listed companies in the energy, construction, and consumer project sectors. He also played a pivotal role in IPO projects that led to the successful listing of three companies on the SGX Catalist board.
Ernest later transitioned to Ernst and Young LLP’s financial services office, focusing on wealth and asset management. There, he audited fund managers and an array of funds, including hedge and private equity funds. His expertise also extends to developing audit methodologies for digital assets and prescribing testing procedures for startup investments.
A key member of the team that developed multiple automation tools, Ernest was instrumental in the WAMApps program, enhancing tools for the audit sector. His clientele includes global fund houses specialising in real estate, infrastructure, and private equity.
Ernest holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and English from Nanyang Technological University, a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and a Master of Taxation from the Singapore University of Social Sciences, reflecting his deep academic foundation in his field.

Ang Kuan Ren

Director
Kuan Ren is an accomplished audit professional whose career began in the assurance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. There, she was integral in auditing multiple listed companies within the construction, manufacturing, and retail sectors. Following her tenure at PwC, Kuan Ren joined S. S. Ang & Co, where she took on significant management roles and was pivotal in developing the audit department. Under her leadership, the firm saw enhancements in internal processes, an improvement in the quality of deliverables, and consistent growth in its client base year after year.
Kuan Ren holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, grounding her expertise with a strong academic foundation. Her leadership and strategic vision continue to influence her firm’s success and reputation in the industry.
